Week 5

weight: 149lbs.  (1lb gain)

hips: 38.5in (.5in gained)

waist: 32in (1in lost)

goals:

walk 10kms

45 min of wii fit a day.

drink 2 litres of water a day.

have vegetarian night! (This is especially hard as I have a freezer full of beef!)

Week 6

weight: 145lbs (4lb lost!)

hips: 38in (.5in lost)

waist: 32in

goals:

45 min of wii fit a day

drink 2 litres of water a day

vegetarian night.

This week I did ZERO walking. It’s been cold and I don’t like cold.

I did however exercise on the wii on wednesday, thursday and today!

And I drank 2 litres of water every day!

Total weight lost so far:  5lbs

Total waist inches lost: 1 inch

Total hips inches lost: 1 inch
