Week 10

This week I exercised every day.
(minus Monday, as I have mastitis, and I was in emerg getting drugs)
I did Pilates for Life: 20 Minute Pilates, Abs & Waist
I feel amazing.
1) I went to get my pump (from our bedroom) and this is what I found when I got back. He was saying “cheese” for me.
2) Ari is trying to roll over, hence the blurry picture.
3) I am so glad movember is over. He had a beard for a few month, and then shaved it off like this. joyous.
4. Teag didn’t know what to do with himself when he was given a sucker at a local restaurant.

At the start of every week, I get all excited thinking that *this* will be the week that I get my act together.
Every week I never complete my goals (except for veggie night).
I’m tired of it.
I want to see change, and I want to see it NOW.
This week I am cutting out sweets. It’s going to kill me.
This week I will drink my 2 litres of water.
Even if it kills me.

This week I exersized twice. This week I will exersize every other day.
I have completely failed in the drink water category. I am paying for it in the pumping area. MUST. DRINK. MORE. WATER!
Veggie night was a success.
I failed in the sweets department. I blame that on ice cream and “water for elephants”

I’m not going to lie, I didn’t even try to work out this week.
I was lazy. My couch was comfy and I just didn’t want to.
I also didn’t drink 2 litres of water a day. I usually got 1.5 (there was one day were I got 3 in) litres in.
I can feel that I haven’t been drinking enough.
For our vegetarian night, I was suppose to do veggie burgers but because I didnt have any buns we ended up doing burritos.
They were delish!

Walking goals, NAILED IT! I did 11.87kms!! WOOT WOOT.

I think I have figured out why I have been gaining weight.
I’ve been staying up ridiculously late (some nights I’m up till 2!)
Eating copious amounts of trail mix (going through this bag, in a week…every week since Baby A was born…6 bags…not cool)
Eating late at night, and not healthy food either…I’m talking ice cream cake, pumpkin pie, chips…
That is why I’m gaining weight
This week, there will be no more trail mix, and no more junk food at night.
I realize that as a pumping mama, I do need to eat when hungry, but I definitely do not need to be eating junk!
*side note, aren’t my babies beautiful?!*
Ugh. This week was not good. Seriously.

which means we aren’t sleeping at night.

This week was terrible. I *gained* four pounds.
I know how I did it.
This week will be different, we have exciting things happening in the new year and I want to look at the picture and be proud…not regret how I looked.

This week I drank 2 litres of water a day, which is why I think I lost 6 pounds.
Not sure why it didn’t show up in the hips and waist measurements, but I’m not too worried about it.
I also did all of my walking, which is a lot harder than I thought it would be! Not the physical aspect of walking, but the motivation to get my butt out of the door!
